Sitting at the top of OCZs recently announced Champ1on Series of Fatal1ty PSUs is the 80Plus Gold Certified 1000w model with modular cables and very distinct styling. We have that very version on our test bench today and will find out if gamers should be putting it at the top of their shopping list for new system builds… after all we all need a new system with AMD and NVIDIA throwing out new GPUs almost weekly.

Today we have a Sapphire 7970 OverClock Edition card on our test bench and will be putting it throu gh a selection of real world gaming tests, including Battlefield 3 and Mass Effect 3 to find what Sapphire can do with their own design.

Corsair realise that not everyone needs, or can afford, a high end chassis and for that reason they have been releasing various models over the past couple of years which target price points below the Obsidian 800D. Each has been impressive and the most recent is the Carbide 300R, Corsairs firs t sub $90/=C2=A360 case, which we have on our test bench today.

G.Skill have recently released their latest enthusiast modules in the form of RipjawsZ and today we have the 2133MHz, 16GB kit on our test bench. Lets take a look at them…

A number of years ago FSP started producing retail power supplies for desktop PCs and during 2011 r eleased their 80 Plus Gold Certified range of PSUs. There are two ranges available in the Aurum ra nge, standard and semi-modular and today we have the 650w version of the modular PSU on our test b ench.
